Hospice Community Care has been providing quality hospice services in Northeastern Pennsylvania for nearly fifteen years. Our dedicated staff and volunteers have cared for nearly 10,000 patients since 1993. We have grown, and are pleased to continue to grow, maintaining the values of an independent, ‘family run’ agency. Everyone gets involved in our day to day activities, allowing us to be ‘johnny on the spot’ when it comes to the needs of our patients and their loved ones.
